Today we will be giving to the Fare Share Food Bank Oakville on behalf of Chad Blundy
Since 1987, Fare Share Food Bank Oakville has been running entirely by volunteers. They currently have about 700 households registered for support. This is about 2,500 individuals, many of whom who are children. Food and other items purchased account for about 80% of the money spent by the food bank. The balance goes towards overhead expenses … no salaries are paid.
